Connections is a private, non-profit 501(c)3. We opened in 1972 with the goal of assisting people with disabilities to live independent and productive lives in the Fargo/Moorhead community. Connections has been a resource center for families and people with disabilities for fifty years! Today, Connections continues to serve each individual according to their specific needs.
Connections provides services to adults (18 years and older) with a wide range of disabilities. Individuals are referred to Connections from a County Case Manager.
