JOB SUMMARY:
In conjunction with Connections mission to support people with disabilities, this position will provide office support to the management staff of the agency and must understand and complete some bookkeeping functions, personnel functions and will be responsible for all front desk functions of the agency, inclusive of answering phones and greeting clients, guests, and staff.
SPECIFICATIONS:
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, but education in administrative work is preferred. The position requires proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
SCHEDULE
Hours of agency operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
